80 live application screenshots and 116 static JavaFX layouts are included. Four navigation destinations and 18 shared form references are labelled separately. Fourteen disabled or unreachable tabs have source layouts only. Saved-record workflows and runtime validation remain pending. GUI review decisions are yours to record.

Each page includes tab images, controller/control inventories, backend field mapping, per-tab and per-control decisions, notes, and JSON export/import. Drafts stay in the current browser until exported.
