Spares and consumables demand are WorkStepMaterialDemand children with WorkStepId, PartId, quantity, required probability and IPC/price/location references. MaterialPartRequest manages fulfillment and links WorkStepMaterialDemandId. Legacy Requirements ComponentPart records are read-only pending migration.
