Former standalone table: ComponentWorkStepActions.

Current backend storage: WorkStep (Maintenance.WorkStep).

The component-only action entity is retired. Its former API returns 410 with instructions to use shared WorkStep execution entries and component-selection endpoints. Component action results and signatures use shared WorkStep records.

This status concerns the standalone table. Shared model/controller behavior remains. No migration or database deletion was performed by this catalog update.
